About the Department
Masters of Commerce or M.Com is a high profile Postgraduate program aimed to create enhanced competence of career
positioning tied up with opportunity to become a global accounting and management professional. The program expects a serious
commitment of the student to take up challenging study schedules and assignments. The course involves a blend of theoretical
education which run concurrently for a period of two years and equips a student with knowledge, ability, skills and other qualities
required of a professional accountant. The Masters of Commerce has the objective of preparing graduates who embody the
SUSGOI,Tangori graduate attributes. It seeks to provide students with the knowledge and technical skills necessary to understand
and participate in the modern business world, to prepare them for subsequent post graduate studies and to allow them to achieve
the highest level of success in their professional careers. The main objectives are:
